Australian Shipping Information
PeepToe use StarTrack Express for Australian orders
- We deliver with StarTrack Express, as it is efficient, helps to get you your order quicker and is more secure.
- We also recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address for faster delivery.
- Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- All orders sent with StarTrack require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not available for a signature the order will not be delivered, and a note will be left on the premises to advise that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
- If the parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an administrative fee of $15 before the shoes are redelivered.
- In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged the administrative fee of $15 before the shoes are delivered.
- Australian Orders will take approximately 3 business days from the date of purchase to arrive to you.
- Delivery between Monday - Friday.
- Large orders that exceed more than 2 pairs of shoes will receive delays as they will need to be sent in a box by road courier. These delays may add 2 – 3 working days on top of the delivery of your order.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will be emailed tracking information so that you can follow up on where your order is. Simply use that tracking number on the StarTrack Express website.
International Shipping Information
- PeepToe delivers internationally using UPS International.
- Delivery will be made within 3-10 business days from the day of purchase.
- A signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if this is more convenient for you.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you upon despatch, please track your order here.
Australia: FREE for orders over $149. There is a flat rate of $15 for any orders below $149.
New Zealand: $30 AUD
Rest of world: $50 AUD
Please allow 24 hours from placing your order, before trying to track it, and 5 days before querying your order with customer service representatives at PeepToe.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; PeepToe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; PeepToe recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Full Priced Returns:
We gladly offer returns on all unworn FULL PRICED PRODUCT within 7 days of purchase for Australia based customers only.
Simply post your unworn FULL PRICED PRODUCT within 7 days of purchase to the below address. Include your invoice and a receipt for postage and we will reimburse you for postage once processed;

When you are posting back to us, please include a copy of your invoice as well as a reason for the return. If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed.
- We want you to be happy! If your full price shoes don't fit, you want to change them or you're simply not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send your product back to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days to receive a full refund. After 7 days returns will be accepted within a 30 day period from the date of purchase and will be eligible for a credit note only as reimbursement.
In the event that you are eligible you will receive the following notification:
- If you paid by credit card you will be refunded the return amount back into the same account. This may take 2-3 working days to clear. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
- If you paid by gift card you will be refunded the return amount onto a new gift card. The voucher code and pin number will be emailed to you as confirmation that this refund has been processed.
- Please note that PeepToe offer ONE free return per order.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Unfortunately we CANNOT allow customers onto our warehouse and PeepToe Head Office premises to swap shoes over for a different size or for any other reason. This is company policy.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. Customers will be liable for shipping costs if products are deemed to have been returned in an unacceptable condition.
- We cannot process your return until we receive your goods. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Please note that the turnaround time for your Express Post Satchel is 2-3 days, and the turnaround time for the online voucher is approximately 2-3 working days once the goods are received. This could be extended during our Online Sale, and we appreciate your patience.
If you would like to return product bought on SALE, then unfortunately we cannot offer the free returns policy. Sale product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please post the unworn product(s) back to;

- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return sale items for a credit note only.
- Sale returns are not eligible for refunds and will ONLY be reimbursed via credit note. This credit note will be emailed to the customer after their return has been processed.
- Please ensure the return is sent back to us using registered post. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for parcels going missing, therefore we advise you take note of a tracking number when returning the goods. Please include a copy of your invoice so that the return can be processed.
If you wish to return an international order due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you will be required to send the product back of your own accord, and if you send it back within 14 days of receiving it you are entitled to a refund - minus the shipping cost ($30 AUD for New Zealand, $50.00 AUD for the rest of the world). If you return an international order due to change of mind or incorrect sizing after the 14 day period, but within 60 days from purchase, you are eligible for a credit note to the value of your purchase - minus the shipping cost ($30 AUD for New Zealand, $50.00 AUD for the rest of the world).
Products which are deemed to be faulty by our quality control department will be refunded in the same way which the order was paid. We will only refund you your monies in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and once assessed.
