May 2012 PeepToe Online Sale Terms & Conditions

Returns:

For 20% off Full Priced Items promotion:

  • You can receive a full refund for any 20% off purchases if they are sent back within 14 days from them arriving to you.
  • Please note that we do not offer free postage for the return of sale items.  When returning goods to the Head Office, expenses must be paid for by the customer.

  • Any 20% off items sent back to head office after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any 20% off items sent back to head office within 60 days of delivery will be reimbursed with a PeepToe credit note to the amount of their purchase.
  • You can send your returns back to us at any stage during our sale return period, however due to the busy time returns will start being processed on the 20th May, NOT before.

For 40% - 60% off Items:

  • We will NOT accept returns for change of mind; we will only accept returns for incorrect size.
  • You can send your returns back to us at any stage during our sale return period, however due to the busy time returns will start being processed on the 20th May, NOT before.
  • As per our usual terms and conditions for returns, you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item.
  • Where possible we will issue the size you are after in the same style and colour.  If the size is not available an online credit voucher will be issued.
  • Please note that we will not refund your money for change of mind purchases or incorrect size.
  • Please note that we do not offer free postage for the return of sale items.  When returning goods to the Head Office, expenses must be paid for by the customer.

No Order Changes:

  • Please note your order is FINAL once it has been placed. No changes can be made.
  • Additions to your order cannot be made - please place a new order.
  • Unfortunately we cannot amend shipping addresses once the order has been placed.

Order Out Of Stock:

  • If an item is out of stock on your order we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Please note there may be a delay. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer exchanges however will be more than happy to offer a refund or credit voucher depending on how your order was made.
  • If your order has multiple items, and one/some are out of stock, we will still send out the remainder of the order with a notification letter advising that an item/s was out of stock.

Shipping:

PeepToe use StarTrack Express for Australian orders.

    • Delivery will be made within approximately 3-10 business days from the day of purchase, due to the high volume of orders we receive during this time.
    • A signature is required on delivery; therefore we recommend a business address in order to avoid a redelivery fee of $15.
    • A tracking number will be emailed to you upon despatch, please track your order here: http://www.startrackexpress.com.au/
    • We do not deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
    • Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $199. Any orders below $199 will be charged at a flat rate of $15.

PeepToe use FEDEX for international orders:

    • Delivery will be within 10-15 business days from the day of purchase. A signature is required upon delivery; therefore we recommend a work address in order to avoid a redelivery fee.
    • Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping. You will be responsible for additional charges that incurs for customs clearance; Peep Toe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; Peep Toe recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
    • A tracking number will be emailed to you upon despatch, please track your order here: http://www.fedex.com/
  • If you believe that your shoes are faulty, please include a receipt for the postage attached to this form and we will refund you the cost if they are determined to be faulty.  This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item.  Please state on the front of the parcel if you believe the goods are faulty.

Additional T’s & C’s:

  • We will be adding new styles to the online sale for its duration.
  • Sale orders may not be individually packaged and gift wrapped as a normal full priced PeepToe order would be. This depends on the quantity of your order, as well as the size of the items it includes.
  • We cannot hold any product under any circumstance.
  • PeepToe Charity products will not be included in this sale, i.e. fashion targets breast cancer products.
  • PeepToe products with a high amount of Swarovski crystals used: Miss Indulgence champagne and the Crystal Encrusted Clutches will also not be included in this sale.
  • Please note that this is warehouse sale stock. It has been handled by the public and its packaging and quality may not be in its original pristine condition.
  • Due to being warehouse sale stock some purchases may not come with complimentary dust bags.
  • Unfortunately sale accessories and clutches will not be packaged in gift boxes. They will be bubble wrapped for their protection.

  • Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Typographical errors may occur, in which we shall make best endeavour to rectify, but are not responsible for.

  • At PeepToe we make every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • PeepToe will not be held responsible for any damage to any products after delivery.
  • You are liable for any taxes, or charges or duties applicable to your country, other than GST that may arise from the processing of your order.
  • If a refund is warranted, you will only be able to be refunded via the method in which you paid.
  • Gift Voucher Key Terms & Conditions Of Use - All peepToe vouchers expire after 12 months. Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • This card is : Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating PeepToe Boutiques & our eBoutique. Not redeemable for cash. Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
  • Cannot be reloaded, is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
  • Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
  • Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.
  • Voucher cannot be applied to order once the order has been placed.
  • By using this website you show that you agree to all the above conditions.
  • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in the event of any dispute in relation to the use of this site.

  • The shipping address must be located in the metro areas of each state 

 

PeepToe Welcome Voucher

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Voucher can only be used on full price product of $220 or more.
  • Cannot be used on Sale Items.
  • Only available for new online customers.
  • One voucher per customer and one voucher per transaction.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within Australia

  • Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $199. Any orders below $199 will be charged at a flat rate of  $15.
  • We recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address for faster delivery. If the parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an additional administrative fee of $15.
  • Delivery is Monday - Friday.

 

International Shipping Information

  • Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; PeepToe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; PeepToe recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS     

We gladly offer free postage for returns on all FULL PRICED PRODUCT within 14 days of purchase for Australian based customers only.

Goods may be returned to any of the 8 PeepToe boutiques or our online store. This applies to all purchases made from either our PeepToe boutiques or our online store only.

  • We want you to be happy!  If your shoes don't fit, you want to change them or you're simply not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send your product back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days to receive a full refund or credit voucher.
  • After 14 days returns will be accepted within a 60 day period from the date of purchase and will be eligible for a credit note only as reimbursement.
  • The credit voucher is eligible both online and in store and is basically like store credit. These details will be issued to your email address. Please advise if you would prefer to use your credit in store and we will post a credit voucher to your nominated address.  Please note that you will only be able use the credit in a PeepToe store if you have a credit voucher/gift card.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on earrings.
  • We will only refund you your monies in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and once assessed.
  • Unfortunately we CANNOT allow customers onto our warehouse and PeepToe head office premises to swap shoes over for a different size or for any other reason. This is company policy.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. Customers will be liable for shipping costs if products are deemed to have been returned in an unacceptable condition.
  • We cannot process your return until we receive your goods.  All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Please ensure the return is sent back to us using registered post. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for parcels going missing, therefore we advise you take note of a tracking number when returning the goods.

Hypoxi Lane Cove Competition Terms & Conditions:

  • The winner will be drawn on the 21st June 2012. They will be contacted by email and their first name will be announced on our Facebook page as the winner.
  • This competition is open to NSW residents only.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  • There is only one winner of the competition and they win a total of 12 sessions at the Hypoxi Lane Cove studio.
  • Not valid with any other offer.
