How do I make a purchase?

Step 1: Search for a product by using the search box or the main navigation bars on the website.

Step 2: After you have found the product you wish to purchase please select the size (in the case when you are purchasing footwear or rings) you require from our drop down box. If the size you are after is not appearing in the drop down box then unfortunately the size is currently unavailable. For more information on the product and its availability, contact our Head Office on (02) 8338 0030

Step 3: After you have made your selection, please click on 'Add to Shopping Bag' which will then take you to the 'Shopping Bag' page where you will be able to review your purchase, make adjustments or continue shopping.

Step 4: After you have reviewed your order and ensured you have ordered the correct size and/or colour, please click 'Check Out' where you will be asked to enter in your payment details and billing and shipping information.

Step 5: After completing this you will be emailed a confirmation of your order via email. Please use this when corresponding with our Head Office, and await your purchase!

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you won't need an account to place an order - however if you do you will have access to exclusive deals and offers not available to customers without accounts!

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Simply click on the 'Reset Password' after going to the 'Login' page.

Which size should I choose?

Click on 'Size Chart' in the bottom navigation on the site, or contact us here.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will say it highlighted in grey beneath the thumbnail of the item. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

What payment methods does PeepToe accept?

PeepToe accepts:

Credit Card - Visa and MasterCard.
Pay Pal - Register here: paypal.com.
** Please note we do not accept American Express at this stage.

Which countries does PeepToe ship to?

We ship everywhere, except for Greece at this stage.

Does PeepToe ship to Post Office boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?

We can ship to a Post Office box but we don't recommend it. See our Shipping & Returns page for more info.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Customs policies vary from country to country; PeepToe recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Does PeepToe ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

It will take up to 3 days for you to receive your order. Shipping is free for orders over $199 Australia wide. Any orders under $199 will incur a shipping fee of $15.

Do you offer same day delivery in Australia?

No, not at this stage.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered to you in our luxurious signature boxes which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution!

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from PeepToe to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature, and we recommend you ship to your business address, or somewhere that someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

You can change your shipping address by contacting us. Please note you will need to notify us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. The payment is deducted at the time of the order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Our domestic courier service generally takes 1 day to deliver, however it can take up to 3 days for rural areas.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

PeepToe only refund if you receive product that is faulty or if the product(s) are out of stock.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. For our privacy policy, click here.

How do I redeem an online gift card?

After adding your goods to the cart, simply type in the online gift card or promotional code underneath the list of items you are purchasing.

I can't use my gift card, what should I do?

Please check the expiry first (they are valid for 12 months from the date of issue), and then contact us.
