How Do I Place An Order?

Step 1: Search for a product by using the search box or the main navigation bars (New, Heels, Boots, Flats etc) on the website.

Step 2: After you have found the product you wish to purchase please select the size (in the case when you are purchasing footwear or rings) you require from our drop down box. If you are not an Australian resident please feel free to use our currency converter. If the size you are after is not appearing in the drop down box then unfortunately the size is currently unavailable. For more information on the product and its availability, contact our Head Office on (02) 8338 0030

Step 3: After you have made your selection, please click on 'Add to Shopping Bag' which will then take you to the 'Shopping Bag' page where you will be able to review your purchase, make adjustments or continue shopping.

Step 4: After you have reviewed your order and ensured you have ordered the correct size and/or colour, please click 'Check Out' where you will be asked to enter in your payment details and billing and shipping information.

Step 5: After completing this you will be emailed a confirmation of your order via email. Please use this when corresponding with our Head Office, and await your purchase!

Do I Need An Account To Purchase?

No, you don’t need an account to shop online at Peep Toe, however, registering makes checking out faster as your details come up automatically. You will also be able to track your orders and review past purchases. Registering also gives you access to our newsletter for the latest Peep Toe news, and you will immediately receive a $10 voucher to use against your 2nd purchase.

How Do I Register For An Account?

Click on ‘Sign In’ in the top right hand corner of our website. Click on ‘Register for an Account’ and follow the prompts.

What Do I Do If I Have Technical Issues Purchasing From PeepToe Shoes Online Store?
