Pricing for shipping is a flat rate of: Australia: $15 New Zealand: $30 Rest of world: $40. Peep Toe uses Startack for purchases within Australia and Fedex for all international orders

Returns and exchange policy

• At Peeptoe we will gladly exchange for an online voucher for incorrect size, or change of mind within a 30 day period, as long as the items purchased haven’t been damaged or worn

• Please note we do not refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes

• We do not exchange or refund on earrings

• We will refund in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault, this will be determined on the return of the item

• Please note when returning goods to Headoffice, the expense must be paid by customer however postage will be included for your online voucher
• Please note we CANNOT allow customers onto our warehouse and head office premises. This is company policy.

• All returned goods must be recieved first before any exchanges can be processed

• Please note that purchases made online cannot be returned to our Stores (Bondi Junction, Paddington & Castle Towers)

• While we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping process

• All online vouchers issued are only redeemable online and not in the Peeptoe stores. Vouchers are not to be used inconjunction with any other vouchers/discounts or on sale goods

• Please note we do not refund or exchange on sale goods
• The goods must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This includes the shoe box. If the shoes are not sent to us in this way the shoes will be returned at the customers expense.
