1.       The promoter is PeepToe Wholesale Pty Ltd, registered office: Unit 4/190 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. ABN 78103428173 (‘Us’, 'We' and 'Our'). We will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the prizes.

2.       The promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age and older, and is able to take the prize referred to in clause 6 ('You'). Directors, management and employees of PeepToe Wholesale Pty Ltd and their agencies associated with this promotion, together with the immediate family members of these directors, management and employees, are not eligible to enter this promotion.

3.       To enter, send us your URL to your blog, or post something about PeepToe and send us a link to that post.  To be eligible to win the prize you must your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, postal address and country along with your entry. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. All entries will become our property upon submission through our website and Facebook/Twitter pages.

4.       The promotion commences at 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the 13^th August 2010, and closes 10am AEST on the 23^rd August 2010 (the Promotion Period).

5.       The best entry will be judged by PeepToe Wholesale Pty Ltd in is absolute discretion. PeepToe’s discretion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.       The result of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
