Last Wednesday night, PeepToe, Australia’s leading footwear brand celebrated 5 years in the Australian market with a lavish event held at one of Sydney’s Premier nightspots, The Loft. The stylish affair also saw the launch of ‘Copacabana’ PeepToe’s high summer collection for 11’.
The Loft was transformed into the streets of Rio where PeepToe VIP’s, media and celebrity guests enjoyed cocktails provided by Absolut vodka and were refreshed with vitaminwater. The vitaminwater also supplied superb decoration as the bar was lined with bottles in orange and pink complementing the theming of the event. Extravagant exotic flower arrangements, provided by the Golden Vale nursery, brought the room to life with birds of paradise and incredible ferns.
The divine girls from Gorgeous cosmetics kept guests looking hot with a “pamper parlour”, where guests could receive mini make overs with a pop lip or a great summer eye! PeepToe representatives walked around the event taking snaps of guests with Fuji Film instax mini camera’s to capture the perfect party moments, these were given as mementoes of the unforgettable PeepToe party.
Batucada Brazil dance troupe brought Carnival to life on stage, with faced paced dances moves and amazing Capoeira, with carnival costumes fitting of a true Rio performance.
PeepToe marked the joyous occasion with a stunning custom made birthday cake from Sparkle Cupcakes. Dessert was also provided by Gelatissimo with bambini ice cream cones being handed around to the delight of guests.
The latest Copacabana collection was on display throughout the venue through four installations, where models from Platform agency, complete with carnival headdresses showcased the dazzling designs. Dressed in Carla Zampatti and styled by Gorgeous and Joh Bailey, the models wowed the crowd.
Goodie bags were one of the highlights of the night including, Cadbury Mousse chocolate, Puretopia body moisturiser and body polish, Ink Joy Papermate Pen, a Lifestyle You compact mirror, Le Tan coconut sun block, an Instyle magazine, Elizabeth Arden eye crème, Gorgeous cosmetics lashes, vitaminwater and a PeepToe nail polish.
